1. Overview / Introduction

B2B Automotive Trade – Clear & Fair Return Terms
We understand that in the automotive industry, accuracy and reliability are critical. This Returns & After-sales Policy applies to all B2B transactions involving auto parts, used vehicles, and automotive accessories.


2. For Auto Parts (New & Aftermarket)

Auto Parts Returns

  • Eligibility: Within 14 days of delivery.

  • Parts must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable.

  • Incorrect or defective parts: We cover return shipping and send replacement within 2 business days.

  • Bulk orders (50+ units): Pre-approval required for returns.

  • Restocking fee: 15% for non-defective returns (waived for our error).

3. For Used Cars (B2B Wholesale)

Used Car After-sales & Return Conditions

  • All used vehicles sold "as-is" unless otherwise stated in the wholesale contract.

  • Mechanical inspection reports are provided before purchase.

  • If a hidden major defect (engine, transmission, frame) is found within 7 days, buyer may return for full refund or negotiate partial compensation.

  • Return shipping of vehicle is buyer’s responsibility unless our inspection confirms pre-sale non-disclosure.

4. For Auto Accessories (Electronics, Tools, Interior/Exterior)

Accessories Return Policy

  • Return window: 30 days for uninstalled, non-electrical accessories (e.g., floor mats, covers).

  • Electronics (dashcams, sensors, lighting): Must be in original condition with all cables/manuals. Tested upon return.

  • Clearance or bulk accessories (100+ units): Final sale, no returns unless defective.
