Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation. For larger wholesale orders or custom OEM requests, processing time may vary and will be confirmed via email or WhatsApp.

Shipping Methods

Sea Freight – Most cost-effective for bulk orders (FCL / LCL available)

Air Freight – Faster option for medium-sized urgent orders

Express Couriers – DHL, FedEx, UPS for samples or small parcels

We'll recommend the best shipping method based on your order size and destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination. Exact freight charges will be quoted before order confirmation. For sample orders, we'll provide the shipping cost upfront.

Customs & Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll send the tracking number (for express/air freight) or bill of lading (for sea freight) via email or WhatsApp.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We carefully pack all orders to prevent damage. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
